12 Month Warranty

At Vista Direct, we stand behind every bike we sell. All Vista CE5 electric bikes come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

  • Electric motor
  • Battery and charging system
  • Frame and structural components
  • Electrical wiring and control systems
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, cables)
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance
  • Modifications or alterations to the bike
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

Battery Warranty

The battery is covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects. Please note that gradual battery capacity reduction over time is a normal characteristic of lithium-ion batteries and is not covered under warranty.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your bike has a warranty issue, please get in touch using our Contact page.

  1. Include your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Attach photos or a short video of the problem where possible
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps

We aim to resolve all warranty claims as quickly as possible — whether that's replacement parts, a repair, or a replacement unit where appropriate.

Your Consumer Rights

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. You may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
